Rice Paper Pizza – Bánh Tráng Nướng

crackly, crunchy, and quick! thin crust pizza’s thinner cousin.

written by harrisondtran

To me, there’s somethin soooo satisfying about devouring an entire pizza all by yourself in one sitting. Keep in mind – this is the opinion of someone who once ate 18 hot dogs in 20 minutes at work and can gain 34 lbs in 27 days.

But this isn’t about being anti-fat-shaming; it’s about treating yourself! Voraciously, carnivorously, or refreshingly and just simply, these are some times that I seem to make poignant memories as the dopamine rush or simple refreshing reset imprints upon the reality of living and doing.

When I sit with a whole warm, glowing pizza in a cardboard box in my lap or a scalding hot slice straight from woodman’s freezer to my oven to my plate – I’m right back to believing the Dallas cowboys will win it all this year, or marathoning all three Godfather films for the first time with my parents.

There ain’t much better… what are something’s y’all enjoy pigging out on?
