Are you team rice or team noodles?

To me, shape matters. When you’re limited by a bunch of single grains that are still short even when they’re supposedly long, that’s severely limiting as an eater in fun ways to eat – and in complimenting paired ingredients like sauces, meats, and veggies of varying viscosity and textures

With rice, you can soak and compress but with noodles, you can wrap, slurp, cradle, curl – and have the longest and messiest noodle pull of your life

Sure, I’m downplaying rice. Fight me. And I’m all for not taking sides sometimes, but this, here, is an important matter

So what about y’all?
