Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp 1 sesame oil

  • 8 oz 8 tteok (rice cakes)

  • 6 oz 6 sliced brisket

  • 3 oz 3 fish cakes

  • 1 tbsp 1 gochujang

  • 2 tbsp 2 fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp 2 rice vinegar

  • 1 tbsp 1 soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 mozzarella

  • 2 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp 2 sliced green onion

  • 1 tbsp 1 furikake

  • 1 tbsp 1 fried shallots

  • 4 oz 4 sliced kimchi

Instructions

  • Add oil and tteok to pot on medium heat.
  • Continuously stir to prevent tteok from sticking together for 2 minutes.
  • Add meats and sauces and continue to stir for 3 minutes.
  • Lower heat to low level, add eggs on top, and cover for 4 minutes.
  • Garnish with remaining ingredients.
